Rockhurst scored 25 points off turnovers in rolling to a 76-54 victory over Quincy Saturday at Mason-Halpin Field House.

The win was Rockhurst's third ever in the all-time series and first victory over Quincy since joining the Great Lakes Valley Conference in 2005.

The Hawks jumped out to an 18-2 lead after the first period as Quincy was held to one-of-18 shooting. Rockhurst widened its lead to 27 points, 41-14, early in the third period.

Jillian Myers led the Hawks with 10 points, eight rebounds and four assists. Madeline Ronshausen scored a team-high 14 points. Mary Dineen tallied 13 points on five-of-10 field goal shooting. Maddy Grennes added eight points and six rebounds.

Rockhurst shot 47.6 percent from the field (30 of 63) and 43.5 percent from behind the three-point line (10 of 23). Quincy made 20-of-66 field goals (30.3 percent) and seven-of-23 three-pointers (30.4 percent). Cassidy Clark paced Quincy with 12 points.

The Hawks (6-2, 2-0 GLVC) will host William Jewell on Wednesday (December 7).
