Rietzke leads Rockhurst to 3-1 win at Quincy

Morgan Rietzke led the Hawks with 17 kills and 17 digs.

Box Score Morgan Rietzke posted 17 kills and 17 digs to power Rockhurst to a 3-1 road victory at Quincy Saturday.

The Hawks split the first two sets, winning the first set 25-17 and dropping the second set 25-21. Rietzke posted 12 kills to lead the Hawks to 25-20 and 25-21 wins in the third and fourth sets.

Kalie Arnold led the Hawks with 28 digs, while Anne Hellwege totaled 26 digs. Alyssa Woodman tallied 18 digs. Mattie Gray finished with 15 kills. Lily Thornberg collected 22 assists and 12 digs. Grace Carter added 19 assists.

The Hawks (11-4, 5-1 GLVC) return home to face William Jewell on Tuesday, October 4.
