The Rockhurst Hawks (9-4, 2-3 GLVC) meet the McKendree Bearcats (7-9, 2-4 GLVC) in a Great Lakes Valley Conference inter-divisional matchup at 1 p.m. Saturday (January 16) in Lebanon, Illinois. The Hawks won their last meeting, 71-67, at McKendree on Feb. 12, 2015. Rockhurst leads the all-time series, 2-0.

Junior guard Mary Dineen leads the Hawks in scoring (17.5, fourth in the GLVC). Dineen also ranks second in 3-point field goals made (2.8), fourth in 3-point field goal percentage (47.4) and fifth in free throw percentage (87.2) in the GLVC. Senior forward Lauren Meyers stands 16th in scoring (12.5) and tied for 14th in steals (1.8) in the GLVC. Dineen and Meyers are both closing in on the 1,000-point club. Dineen has scored 974 career points and Meyers currently has 939 career points.

Sophomore guard Jillian Myers ranks first in steals (3.2), fifth in assists (4.3) and fourth in assist/turnover ratio in the GLVC. Junior center Haleigh Cindrich is fifth in blocked shots (1.4) in the GLVC. Rockhurst ranks first in 3-point field goals made (8.4), first in turnover margin. fourth in steals (9.4), fourth in blocked shots (3.8), fourth in field goal percentage defense (35.8) and fourth in 3-point field goal percentage defense (27.9) in the GLVC.

The Hawks are coming off a 72-46 victory at Illinois Springfield Thursday night. Dineen led the Hawks with 14 points, three assists and two steals. Myers collected 11 points, six rebounds and three assists. Brittany Meyer tallied 10 points, four rebounds and four assists. Meyers posted nine points and six rebounds. Morgan Harwood grabbed a team-high seven rebounds. The Hawks shot 46.3 percent from the field and 75.0 percent from the free-throw line.
