Box Score Rockhurst middle blocker Preecy Seever dominated at the net with 13 kills and 13 blocks Saturday to lift the 23rd-ranked Hawks to a 28-26, 25-21, 25-20 sweep of No. 5 Nebraska Kearney in the SpringHill Suites Invitational Saturday in Anchorage, Alaska.

The Hawks (3-1) also got 10 kills apiece from Morgan Rietzke and Katie Loescher as they recovered to erase a 21-12 deficit in the first set to control the rest of the action.

The Lopers (2-2) were led by 11 kills and 20 digs from outside hitter Annie Wolfe.

With the victory, Rockhurst clinched second place in the five-team field, while UNK finished third. Host Alaska Anchorage won the Invitational title with a 4-0 record.
Seever, Rietzke and senior setter Whitney Kostal were named to the All-Tournament team.
