Quincy edged Rockhurst, 67-66, on a running jumper by Maggie Cunningham with two seconds left Saturday in Quincy, Illinois. The loss leaves Rockhurst at 5-2 overall and 1-1 in the Great Lakes Valley Conference.

Rockhurst took a 66-65 lead with eight seconds left on a jumper by Mary Dineen. Rockhurst rallied from a 49-44 deficit after three quarters to take a 64-61 lead with 1:30 remaining.

Dineen and Marisa Lowe led Rockhurst with 17 points apiece. Dineen made five-of-12 shots to go along with four rebounds and three assists. Lowe hit six-of-10 shots, including five-of-eight 3-pointers. Lauren Meyers tallied 16 points and eight rebounds.

Rockhurst shot 36.4 percent from the field (20 of 55) and 77.8 percent from the free-throw line (14 of 18). Quincy made 16-of-50 field goals (32.0 percent) and 33-of-43 free throws (76.7 percent). Carly Beebe paced Quincy with 21 points.
