Box Score Adams State defeated Rockhurst for the second time in the eight days, collecting a 12-1 win over the Hawks Sunday night at RU's Bourke Field.

The Hawks (1-6) allowed seven goals in the first half. Adams State added five goals over the final 30 minutes. Peter Hummel scored an unassisted goal at the 11:30 mark of the first half for Rockhurst.

Hummel led Rockhurst with four shots. Daniel Shovlain added three shots as the Hawks were outshot 56-10. Andy Tabor had a team-high four ground balls. Zach McGuff stopped 20 shots.

Rockhurst hosts Missouri Valley on Friday night at 7 p.m.
