Box Score The Rockhurst Hawks rallied from 11 down to open the second half to force overtime before falling to eighth-ranked Drury 84-79 Saturday at RU's Mason-Halpin Field House.
Drury iced the win by making four free throws in the final six seconds. Rockhurst had cut Drury's lead to 80-79 on a layup by 
Lauren Meyers with 13 seconds left.
Down 42-31 at halftime, the Hawks opened the second half on 20-10 run to narrow Drury's lead to 52-51 with 12:41 left. Meyers made two free throws to give Rockhurst a 70-69 lead with 1:54 left in regulation. After Drury hit a three-pointer with 54 seconds left, Meyers tied the score at 72-all on a layup with 34 seconds left.
Meyers scored a career-high 26 points to leads the Hawks. She connected on nind-of-16 field goals and six-of-eight free throws.
Taylor Skala finished with 15 points, four rebounds, seven assists and six steals. 
Kendall Hart scored 12 points, and 
Haleigh Cindrich added five rebounds and three blocks.
Rockhurst scored 23 points off 22 Drury turnovers, while the Hawks only committed five turnovers. Rockhurst shot 40 percent from the field (28 of 70) and made 18 of 23 free throws (78.3 percent).
The Hawks will close the season at home against William Jewell on Thursday  in a 5:15 p.m. tipoff.
