Box Score Thirteen players broke into the scoring column to lead Rockhurst to a 70-39 victory over the Saint Mary Spires Tuesday night at RU's Mason-Halpin Field House.

Junior guard Kendall Hart paced the Hawks with 13 points on five-of-five shooting. She also finished with four rebounds and four assists. Hart scored 10 points in the first half to help give Rockhurst a 36-18 halftime lead.

Lauren Meyers posted eight points and six rebounds. Jillian Myers tallied seven steals and four assists. Christina Bayliss added seven points, four rebounds and two steals. Freshmen Brooke Denton and Lauren Bell each sank a pair of 3-pointers to finish with six points.

Rockhurst shot 42.2 percent from the field (27 of 64) and 61.5 percent from the foul line (8 of 13). The Hawks (4-2) open conference play at home against William Jewell Thursday night.
