Box Score Grand Valley State posted a 3-0 victory over Rockhurst in the NCAA Division II Midwest Regional championship match Saturday night in Allendale, Mich.
The 18th-ranked Lakers won by set scores of 25-14, 25-16, 25-19 in moving their record to 26-5. The Hawks end their season with a 28-5 record.
Kaleigh Lound led Grand Valley with 13 kills and six blocks.
Morgan Rietzke (Kansas City, Mo./Staley HS) paced the Hawks with 12 kills and 14 digs.
Anne Hellwege added 10 digs.
Whitney Kostal posted 26 assists.

Alyssa Arnold were named to the Midwest Regional All-Tournament Team. Rietzke led the Hawks with 37 kills and 42.5 points in three games. Seever posted 32 kills, 16 blocks and 41 points. Arnold collected 29 kills, 54 digs and 33.5 points.
