Box Score Rockhurst battled to a 2-2 tie at Bellarmine after letting a two-goal lead evaporate in the closing 11 minutes. The 10th-ranked Hawks could only manage three shots in the two 10-minute overtime periods.

The Hawks grabbed a 2-0 lead early in the second half on a goal from senior forward Mark Magee with an assist from Lucas De Rossi. De Rossi scored Rockhurst's first goal in the 19th minute, assisted by Magee. Bellarmine cut RU's lead in half with a goal in the 80th minute and tied the score 50 seconds later with 9:16 left in regulation.

Rockhurst outshot Bellarmine 19-18. Magee led the Hawks with five shots. Nick McDonald added four shots. Paolo Scoppola and Sean Verbanic each posted three shots. Senior keeper Ryan Bass made four saves.

The Hawks, 3-1-1 and 2-0-1, play at McKendree at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday.
