Rockhurst University Athletics

Hayden Wells joined the Rockhurst University athletic training staff as an assistant athletic trainer in 2026. He works primarily with the Hawks' men's basketball, women's basketball, men's volleyball and men's and women's golf programs.

Wells comes to Rockhurst after previously serving at Belleville East High School in Belleville, Illinois. He earned his bachelor's degree in exercise science from Truman State University before completing his master's degree in athletic training at Truman State.

A Kansas City native, Wells currently resides in the Northland. Outside of athletic training, he enjoys spending time in the Kansas City area and supporting the teams and athletes he works with.
