Biography
Major: Biology Pre-Med, Minor-Spanish
Favorite dance style: Hip Hop
Dance/Cheer Highlights: I danced at Sarah's Studio of Dance since I was two years old and did middle school and high school Dance Team. My freshman and sophomore year I also did Cheerleading and loved it!
Why Haley chose Rockhurst: I chose Rockhurst because of the school's size and their great Pre-Med program!
What Haley loves about Rockhurst: My favorite things so far are the teachers, they are great! My other favorite thing is of course the Spirit Squad!
What Haley loves about the Spirit Squad: I love making new connections with girls who love dancing and cheering like I do! The coach is the best and truly cares about each of us girls and is really there for us if we need her, she has made the season so far amazing! I am getting the opportunity to not have to pick dance or cheer over the other. I am finally getting to do both which I absolutely love! What is so special is the bond we have been building and our unique blended squad of dance and cheer. Girls are getting to try new things every day and seeing them get it is great! We are all doing such a great job adjusting and bringing our strengths together which makes our team so much stronger. Our coaches are great and so helpful. I know if I needed to talk to someone, I could go to them anytime. They are caring, compassionate and absolutely love the sport and are so dedicated. Having coaches like this makes the team not only stronger but makes us as the performers so much more comfortable.
