Favorite cheer stunt: Pyramids and baskets.
Cheer highlights: I was Back Spot and Co-Captain of the varsity cheer team in high school. My team also won the UCA Spirit Banana.
Why Amya chose Rockhurst: I choose Rockhurst because of the multiple resources they offer.
What Amya loves about Rockhurst: I love the Spirit Squad and when the flowers on campus are in full bloom.
What Amya loves about the Spirit Squad: I love the family aspect of cheer. I'm getting the opportunity to dance and cheer. We are a combination cheer and dance team so you get the best of both worlds. Our coaches are passionate and loving. You will feel welcomed and will be supported within the team and outside of the team.
