Kevin attended Kansas State University from 1994-1998 where he studied business finance. Out of college, he entered the PGA of America program and in 2000 earned his Class A status. Kevin worked at Blue Hills Country Club from 1999-2001 as an assistant golf professional. He developed his teaching philosophies through working under Stan Thirsk, one of Kansas City's great golf legends. In 2001, Kevin won his first PGA section event as he shot 68 in the Price Chopper Pro Am. Since the end of 2001, Kevin has worked in mortgage banking. He enjoys playing golf with his two kids, Charley (19) and Cal (14). He is passionate about player development and instruction.
