Meet the Guest Panelists
- Rachel Arnett, '04 - Vice President of Sales (Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas City)- Rachel competed in women's soccer at Rockhurst University while completing her degree in psychology in 2004. She earned her MBA from Rockhurst in 2007 while also serving as an assistant coach on the women's soccer team. Arnett was selected as part of the Ingrams 2024 Class of Women's Executives of Kansas City.

- Jodi Foerschler - Director of Fleet Management (Enterprise Mobility) - Jodi competed in women's basketball at Bethany College. She graduated with her degrees in accounting and human resource management from Kansas State in 2002. She started her career in public accounting at Deloitte before moving to private accounting with Enterprise Mobility in 2002. Jodi is also a graduate of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce Centurions Leadership Program.

- Megan Krohn, D.D.S, '12 - Executive Vice President of Dental Services (Swope Health) - Megan competed in women's basketball at Rockhurst. She graduated in 2012 with her degree in biology and would go on to complete dental school at UMKC where she graduated with honors in oral surgery. Megan joined Swope Health in 2016 and has been instrumental in growing the department's dental services. She serves as a delegate for the Greater Kansas City Dental Association and is a member of the National Network for Oral Health Access.

- Kendall Konicek - Director of Business Rental Sales (Enterprise Mobility) - Kendall competed in women's volleyball at King University (Bristol, Tennessee) where she was a part of four conference championship and two regional championship teams. She was selected as King University Female Athlete of the Year in 2001-02, Conference Player of the Year in 2001, and NAIA All-American in 2000-01. She has been a dedicated employee at Enterprise Mobility since 2003 holding leadership roles across multiple divisions and business lines including Talent Acquistion, Training and Development, Commerical Leasing, and Business Development.

- Michelle Kay - Vice President / General Manager (Enterprise Mobility) - Michelle oversees a team of 600+ employees as Vice President/General Manager for Enterprise Mobility, overseeing the National, Alamo, and Enterprise brands for car rental as well as car sales, truck rental, commute, and fleet management divisions for the Kansas City metro area. She started her career with Enterprise Mobility 28 years ago after graduating with her degree in psychology from the University of Southern California at Santa Barbara. She has served on numerous leadership board in Kansas City including the United Way of Greater Kansas City Board of Trustees, Great Jobs KC, and the Kansas City Area Development Council. In 2020 she was selected to the Ingrams Women who Mean Business class, and in 2024 received the United Way of Greater Kansas City's Executive of the Year Award.

- Emilie Rottinghaus, '89Â - Group Human Resources Manager (Enterprise Mobility) - Emilie is a graduate of Rockhurst University where she earned a bachelor's degree in finance and economics. She began her career at Enterprise Mobility as a Management Trainee in 1990. Since then she has had roles in the company's rental operations and car sales departments. She now oversees a human resources team that supports 600+ employees in Kansas City.Â
