Late rally falls short as Hawks fall to Bulldogs

A late Rockhurst rally fell short in the finale at the Top Gun Lone Star D2 College Classic. Minnesota Duluth held off the Hawks for a 5-4 win on Sunday in Mansfield, Texas.

Rockhurst was down 5-2 heading into the bottom of the seventh. McKenna Lester cut the deficit to 5-4 with a two-run single. Moments later, the Bulldogs recorded the last out of the game. Up Next
