Men remain in seventh place at GLVC Championships

Adam Hamdy placed 16th in the 100 freestyle

JJ Davis, Ali Usama, Mohannad Nada and Adam Hamdy led the Rockhurst men's swimming and diving team at the Great Lakes Valley Conference Swimming and Diving Championships on Thursday in Elkhart, Indiana.

The Hawks wrapped up the third day of the GLVC Championships in seventh place with 267 points.

Thursday Results:

JJ Davis finished fourth in the 3-meter diving with 337.20 points.
Ali Usama came in 11th place in the 100-yard butterfly (48.04).
Adam Hamdy placed 16th in the 100 freestyle (48.79).
Mohannad Nada came in 14th place in the 400 individual medley (4:00.79).
Omar Abla finished 23rd in the 200 freestyle (1:41.58).
The relay team of Usama, Nada, Hamdy and Abla came in seventh place in the 400 medley relay (3:19.53).
Dakota Windsor, Ian Klapper, Alexandre Adum and Preston Hoang finished 15th in the 400 medley relay (3:20.13).
