Men record 121-84 dual win at Truman State

Ian Klapper won the 100 breaststroke and 200 IM

Rockhurst Men's Swimming and Diving posted a 121-84 victory over Truman State in a dual meet on Friday in Kirksville, Missouri. The Hawks won nine events, collected five second-place finishes and recorded three third-place finishes.

Highlights:

Ali Usama won the 50 freestyle (20.97) and 100 backstroke (51.90).
Ian Klapper captured the 100 breaststroke (58.11) and 200 individual medley (1:59.29).
Omar Mohsen won the 1000 individual medley (10:02.76) and placed second in the 500 freestyle (4:49.20).
Mohannad Nada won the 500 freestyle (4:40.11).
The team of Dakota Windsor, Nada, Adam Hamdy and Usama won the 200 medley relay (1:32.29).
Omar Abla came in first in the 100 freestyle (48.0) and second in the 200 freestyle (1:45.89).
Preston Hoang came in second in the 500 freestyle (22.04) and third in the 100 freestyle (48.69).
Alexandre Adum collected third-place finishes in the 100 butterfly (52.94) and 200 freestyle (1:46.75).
Windsor and Hamdy finished second in the 100 backstroke (53.08) and 100 butterfly (50.77), respectively.
The team of Hamdy, Abla, Mohsen and Adum won the 200 freestyle relay (1:26.0).
