The Rockhurst women's soccer team resumes conference play this weekend. On Friday, the Hawks face Maryville at 4 p.m. in St. Louis, Missouri and Missouri-St. Louis on Sunday at noon at Bourke Field.

Rockhurst (2-3, 0-1 GLVC) hosted Sioux Falls and McKendree last weekend, and played at Missouri Western. The Hawks split the home matches, defeating Sioux Falls 3-0 last Friday with goals from Anna Lantz, Elle Kimball and Lizzo Rosenthal. Rockhurst fell 3-2 against 24th-ranked McKendree last Sunday and lost 3-1 to Missouri Western State on Tuesday.

Maryville (2-0-1, 1-0 GLVC) won 5-0 last Sunday against Southwest Baptist to open its conference schedule.

Dating back to 2009, Rockhurst is 10-5-1 in their last 16 contests with Maryville. The Saints won the last two, including a 3-2 victory at Bourke Field on Oct. 1, 2023.

UMSL (3-1, 0-1 GLVC) started conference play last Sunday by falling 2-1 at Drury. The Tritons will face Southwest Baptist on Friday before traveling to Bourke Field on Sunday.

Since 2005, Rockhurst is 10-8-4 against UMSL. Rockhurst has dropped the last two against the Tritons, as UMSL tallied a 1-0 victory on Sept. 17, 2023 at Bourke Field.
