Hawks fall to UMSL in GLVC quarterfinals

The Rockhurst women's soccer team fell 2-0 to Missouri-St. Louis in the GLVC Tournament quarterfinals on Sunday afternoon at Bourke Field, ending the Hawks' season.

There was no score for much of the first half. The Tritons scored during the 31st minute to go up 1-0 over the Hawks. The Tritons added a goal in the 83rd minute to extend their lead to 2-0.

The Hawks had eight shots during today's match, with three shots in the first half and five in the second half. Lizzo Rosenthal led the team with two shots.
Taylor James recorded five saves.

The Hawks end their season with a record of 12-6-1.
