The Rockhurst Hawks return home this week to take on Missouri S&T (Thursday, 5:30 p.m.) and Drury (Saturday, 1:00 p.m.).
The Hawks (8-10, 3-7 GLVC) dropped their last game on the road to Southwest Baptist, 69-59, but are looking to add to their winning record at home this weekend.
Junior guard Keegan Sullivan continues to lead the way, averaging 16.9 points and 6.5 rebounds per game. Senior Molly Hummel continues to bring energy and toughness to Coach Larry Park's rotation, averaging 10.1 points and 7.3 rebounds. The Nixa, Missouri duo of Macie Conway and Ali Kamies have both ignited the offense, becoming the Hawks' third and fourth leading scorers.
Missouri S&T enters Thursday's matchup with a record of 10-9 (6-5 GLVC). The Miners have lost two straight games vs. Truman State (86-63) and at Quincy (83-63). S&T is led by senior center Alex Kerr, who pours in 14.9 points per game.
The Hawks have beaten the Miners in five of the last six meetings, with S&T taking the most recent win last January. The Miners lead the all-time series, 23-13.
Drury enters the week ranked No. 2 in the nation at 18-1 (11-0 GLVC). The Panthers have the GLVC's best scoring offense and the best scoring defense, allowing just 60.7 points per contest. Drury is led by Kaylee DaMitz-Holt (17.4 pg), Alana Findley (14.2 pg), and Terrion Moore (12.1 pg).
