Women travel to Illinois this weekend

Oliva Van Belle has started all 14 games this season.
The Rockhurst women's soccer team hits the road for the final time in the regular season this weekend. The Hawks play at Quincy at 5 p.m. Friday and travels to Illinois Springfield on Sunday at noon.
 
The Hawks (4-8-2, 3-5-2 GLVC) are coming off a 1-0 overtime victory over 20th-ranked Indianapolis on Sunday. Freshman Olivia Schwarzen scored the winning goal in the 106th minute.

Quincy (4-8, 3-7 GLVC) has dropped six of its last seven games while being outscored 9-4 in that stretch.

Rockhurst has won five of its last seven games with Quincy and holds a 7-6-2 lead in the series since 2010.

Illinois Springfield (6-4-2, 4-4-1 GLVC) started off the season with a 5-1-1 record. Since then, the Prairie Stars have gone 1-3-1 while being outscored 8-6.

The Hawks posted a 2-0 win over Springfield last year in Kansas City. Rockhurst has an 11-1 advantage in the series since 2009.
