Women return home to face Lewis, Indy

Rockhurst will honor its senior class before the start of Sunday's game.
The Rockhurst women's soccer team returns to Bourke Field this weekend after falling twice on the road last weekend. The Hawks host Lewis on Friday at 5 p.m. and will face 20th-ranked Indianapolis on Sunday at noon.

The Hawks (3-7-2, 2-4-2 GLVC) hope to break a five-game non-winning streak while being held to one goal over the last 491 minutes.

Lewis (5-3-2, 3-3-2 GLVC) is coming off a pair of 1-0 losses at home last weekend to Truman State and Quincy. The Flyers have been held to nine goals this season.

Rockhurst has not lost to Lewis since 2009 and holds a 12-1-3 lead in the series since 2005.

The Hawks host Indianapolis for the first time since 2018. Rockhurst will honor its senior class before the start of the game.

The Greyhounds (7-1-1, 5-1-1 GLVC) posted a 1-0 win over the Hawks last year in Indianapolis. Rockhurst has a 9-4-3 lead in the series since 2005.

Live stats and live video will be available for both games. Check the Rockhurst web site for the game links.
