Box Score Rockhurst scored two goals in the final 20 minutes to post a 2-0 victory over Kearney in Kearney, NE.

Erika Celoni gave the Hawks a 1-0 lead with the Hawk's first goal of the season in the 70th minute. Celoni scored off a shot in the box on an assist from Brandi Vollmer. Meghan Kilkenny put the game away with a 25 yard shot in the 86th minute.

Rockhurst outshot the Lopers, 13-4. Senior goalkeeper Ali Wallner made three saves in the season opener.
