Demi was named the Great Lakes Valley Conference Softball Player of the Week after leading the Hawks with a .444 (8-for-18) batting average and seven RBIs in six games at the Rebel Spring Games in Kissimmee, Fla. She posted three multi-hit games, collected a 1.056 slugging average and had a .474 on-base percentage for the week. Demi hit a grand slam to power the Hawks to an 8-0 victory over Notre Dame (Ohio) and added a two-run homer in a 6-1 win over Saginaw Valley State. She also went 1-1 on the mound with a 1.91 ERA.
