Mary Dineen was named the Great Lakes Valley Conference Player of the Week. Dineen averaged 19.0 points per game and 6.0 rebounds per game, shooting 59.1 percent (13-of-22) from the field, 58.3 percent (7-of-12) from behind the arc and was a perfect 5-for-5 from the foul line. In a midweek game against 24th-ranked Wayne State (Neb.), Dineen posted 24 points, six rebounds and four assists to go along with 61.5 percent (8-of-13) shooting and 62.5 percent (5-of-8) from long range. Her performance helped the Hawks upset the Wildcats, 68-64. Three days later in a 64-49 win over Northwest Missouri State, Dineen scored 14 points on 5-of-9 shooting (.556). She also added six rebounds and one assist in 29 minutes on the floor.
