Anne Hellwege was selected the Baden/Great Lakes Valley Conference Defensive Player of the Week. Hellwege led the Hawks with 64 digs in three victories last week. She posted a season-high 30 digs in a 3-1 win over Drury on Friday. She also collected 18 digs in a sweep of William Jewell Tuesday and tallied 16 digs in a sweep of Missouri S&T Saturday. Overall, Hellwege recorded a .944 reception percentage in 36 total attempts, including a perfect 1.000 percentage against Jewell and Drury. Additionally, she was perfect in her service game, recording no errors in 49 attempts.
