Lauren Meyers led the Hawks with 32 points and 13 rebounds in two wins last week. She was named the Most Valuable Player of the Doubletree-Houlihans Thanksgiving Classic after leading the Hawks to a 72-62 victory over 10th-ranked Pittsburg State in Springfield, Mo. Meyers scored 25 points and grabbed seven rebounds against Pittsburg State. She shot 10-of-18 from the field for the game, including hitting three 3-pointers. She also posted seven points and six rebounds in a 63-59 win over Northeastern State on Friday.
