Reichert selected First Team Academic All-American

Karli Reichert has amassed 1,634 career kills at Rockhurst.
Rockhurst senior Karli Reichert was named to the CoSIDA Academic All-America® Division II Women's Volleyball First Team as selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America.

A four-year starter for the Hawks, Reichert (Kansas City, Mo.) is majoring in Communication Sciences and Disorders and has a 3.98 cumulative grade point average. She helped lead the Hawks to two Great Lakes Valley Conference Tournament championships and four NCAA Tournament appearances.

Reichert leads the GLVC and ranks fifth in the nation in kills (507). She is a two-time First Team All-American and was selected as the 2019 GLVC Player of the Year. Reichert ranks fourth in career kills at Rockhurst with 1,634 kills heading into the NCAA national quarterfinals on Thursday in Denver against Carson-Newman (Tenn.).

The Division II Academic All-America® program is being financially supported by the NCAA Division II national governance structure to assist CoSIDA with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2019-20 Division II Academic All-America® teams program.
