Rockhurst has now won three of the past four GLVC Men's Soccer Championships and is a perfect 5-0 in GLVC Championship games since 2005. The Hawks also won GLVC title games at home in 2008 and 2012, in addition to winning the 2005 GLVC title in St. Louis and the 2013 GLVC crown in Quincy, Ill.
The Hawks, 16-1-2 overall, will likely host first- and second-round NCAA Midwest Regional games this upcoming week at Bourke Field. The NCAA Division II Men's Soccer Tournament bracket will be announced at 5 p.m. Monday at

O'Neal's first goal of the season came off a pass from sophomore midfielder
Jake Peters. Just a few minutes earlier, O'Neal scored a goal that was the negated by an offside penalty on the Hawks. In the 57th minute, Quincy's Artan Emini sailed a penalty kick over the net.
Rockhurst outshot Quincy, 15-4.
Adam Michel led the Hawks with three shots.
